  Karl Dey was delivering water to a Gastown shoe store when he saw a man grab a backpack and dash out the door.

  Vancouver police are investigating the death of a Vancouver teenager Friday night in the city’s Strathcona neighbourhood as a homicide.
  Investigators say the 19-year-old man was assaulted with a weapon on Jackson Avenue at Keefer Street shortly after 9 p.m.
  Police believe the attack was targeted.
  Several witnesses called 911 and the victim was taken to hospital, where he later died.
