    Two men are in custody following a report of a violent sexual assault in Victoria.
    VicPD held a press conference Tuesday, June 30, announcing charges against Rahul Chahar, 24, and Nagender Nagender, 22.
    Nagender faces a charge of trafficking in people, while Chahar has been charged with sexual assault causing bodily harm, unlawful confinement and attempting to choke to overcome resistance.
