  As expected, Opération Nez rouge had modest numbers Friday to kick off the holiday season.
  The volunteer group of designated drivers brought 2,887 people home across Quebec.
  The Quebec City region saw the most activity, with 325 rides, compared to 110 in Montreal. Some 2,513 volunteers were mobilized Friday night.
