  A 12-year-old boy is facing 15 charges as part of a police investigation into people being attacked with bear spray in Cornwall.Police responded to a weapons call Monday, and alleged three youths had sprayed someone they know in the eyes with bear spray, then attacked four other people in other locations throughout the city.
