    Life-long Abbotsford resident Benjamin Mehrer has announced he is joining the race for school trustee this October.
    Mehrer, who works as a “market people manager” for a local restaurant chain, said he believes schools should prepare young people not only to graduate, but to become confident, resilient and engaged members of the community.

    Graeme Hutchison has become the fourth person to enter this fall’s Abbtosford school trustee race.
