  Two suspects in an Ontario homicide have had their charges upgraded to first-degree murder and the two are still on the run.Ontario Provincial Police announced the upgraded charges against Ottawa men, 34-year-old Joseph Madore and 28-year-old Brayton Kennedy, on Thursday (Sept. 3).   In the last month, Maple Ridge RCMP has received at least eight separate reports of counterfeit cash circulating in the city.
  Counterfeit Canadian bank notes of $50 and $100 were used at various businesses, most of which spotted the fraudulent money and reported it to police.
  In some cases, however, the business was left on the hook for the loss of income.
