Over the summer, there were some changes in the Canadiens' player development department. The club saw Rob Ramage, who served as director of player development, retire.
He played a key role, overseeing the organization's prospects.
The question at the time was who would replace Ramage. The Canadiens haven't announced any hires or promotions since then… but one might wonder if Francis Bouillon, though it hasn't been announced (yet?), has been promoted.

After months of negotiations, the Anaheim Ducks have finally reached an agreement with Cutter Gauthier. He had still not signed a contract for the upcoming season.
It was well known that the forward, who couldn't sign a hostile offer, was asking for a lot. He wanted a big salary… and he's just signed a nice deal.

Today, Trey Yesavage pitched in the AAA. The goal? For him to feel good over the next few days so he can pitch in the Majors next Monday.
