Nearly four decades ago, Haryana govt had acquired more than 1,500 acres of land at Panchkula for Sectors 24 to 28 and sold the plots to individuals. Earlier, road transport ministry rolled out the scheme for additional payment for increase in bitumen prices by updating it every month.
