Police in Kelowna are searching for an armed man and a stolen vehicle after a Sunday carjacking.
Around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Kelowna RCMP were called to a hotel in the 1000-block of Harvey Avenue for the report of a carjacking. Police were told that an unknown man got into a woman’s SUV, triggered what sounded like a taser and ordered the woman out of the driver’s seat.

Woman dies in Esquimalt apartment fire, coroner confirms
