Chilliwack RCMP were called to the 45700-block Alexander Avenue on Sunday around 6:30 a.m. for the report of a man suffering from gunshot wounds, according to Staff Sgt. Stephen Vroly. The victim, a man in his 30s, died at the scene.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been tapped to lead the investigation. Police believe the shooting was targeted and say the victim was known to police. -
