B.C. RCMP officer charged with assault
via vancouversun.comA RCMP officer in New Hazelton, in northwest British Columbia, has been charged with assault causing bodily harm.
The B.C. Prosecution Service said the charge against Const. Eric Andrew Unrau resulted from an on-duty incident that is alleged to have occurred at the New Hazelton RCMP detachment on Sept. 4, 2018.
No further details were released.
Charges were sworn on March 1.
