The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, possibly a teenager or in his early 20s, wearing a blue hoodie, grey sweatpants and black running shoes.
Surrey RCMP say an indecent act and assault happened on Jan. 10 shortly before 4 p.m. to a 10-year-old girl who was walking home from school in the 6200-block of 144th Street.
