  Surrey RCMP is searching for a man who they allege grabbed and threw a girl to the ground and exposed himself to her.
  On Jan. 10 around 3 p.m., a 10-year-old girl was walking in the 6200-block of 144th Street near Sullivan Heights Secondary when someone grabbed her hoodie from behind, police said.
