On Saturday a dental appointment will keep me from attending my first 2019 Vancouver Sun Run InTraining Clinic session.
I’m just plain gutted.
Last year’s InTraining Clinic was my first time at doing any sort of organized group anything.
And, I started out as a bonafide skeptic.
