Canucks forward Sam Gagner may not have an obvious spot, but he sees a role
via theprovince.comBy goals and assists, Sam Gagner’s consistently produced as a second-line scorer during his career.

Going into the 2018-19 season, it’s not clear how Travis Green plans to use him. He has skated with a variety of forwards and has played in a few spots on the power play.

Ed Willes: It’s Hammer time for Lions, who can credit GM for still having a shot
via theprovince.comHAMILTON — A couple days ago, the B.C. Lions traded for running back Tyrell Sutton and if you examined the move in isolation, you’d wonder why they bothered.
Sutton, to be sure, is a competent professional but in his five-plus CFL seasons in Montreal, he never made anyone forget Mike Pringle. He had one 1,000-yard season but that came three years ago. His numbers this year — 417 rushing yards, 4.8 yards per carry — are decent but they’re inferior to the production t -
