  WHITEHORSE — It took nine years, but Mounties in Whitehorse have been able to identify human remains found on a local trail as those of a British Columbia man.

  The Canada Line on SkyTrain has resumed service after a track issue caused delays early Friday.
  TransLink says the issue between Bridgeport and YVR and Richmond-Brighouse stations has been resolved.
  Riders during the Friday morning commute had to transfer at Bridgeport Station.
  Millennium and Expo Line were unaffected.
  The transit authority says additional security and Transit Police were at the stations to ensure passenger safety and crowd control.
