Amaya Araki-McWilliams, 9, was last seen around 1 a.m. on Aug. 26. Police believe she was taken without permission by her mother Natalie Araki.
The girl was staying at a hotel in Richmond with her father, who has sole custody.
Amaya is mixed-race (Asian/Caucasian) and stands about 4-foot-6 to 4-foot-10 and has black hair. She was last seen wearing a white Canada t-shirt and dark coloured shorts.
