  RCMP say preliminary findings suggest a rental house that exploded and caught fire in West Kelowna was being used as a drug lab.
  Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey says the exact cause of the blast is not yet known but police strongly believe an arsonist was not involved and the public is not at risk.

  Richmond Fire Rescue is on the scene of an apartment fire in the area of Westminster Highway and Garden City Road.
  The fire was reported at around 2 p.m.
