B.C.'s illicit overdose deaths decreasing almost every month this year

Man shot, woman assaulted in targeted hit in Surrey

The incident occurred shortly before 11:30 p.m. at a residence in the 7700-block of 184 Street, according to RCMP.
Police responded to several 911 calls from people who reported hearing the sound of gun shots.
Officers found an injured woman and a man who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside the residence.
