• Passenger killed in single-vehicle accident on Coquihalla Highway

  The RCMP say one person is dead following in a single-vehicle accident on the Coquihalla Highway on Sunday.
  The accident, which closed Highway 5 for several hours, occurred around 5 p.m.
  Mounties say a southbound vehicle with three occupants lost control, left the roadway and rolled. One of the passengers died after being ejected from the vehicle.
  The driver and another passenger suffered what police said were non-life threatening injuries.
