  The RCMP and the B.C. Coroners Service are investigating after a toddler wandered off from a daycare in Mission Wednesday and was found unresponsive in a pool.
  Mission RCMP say at around 4:40 p.m., officers received a call from the owner of a daycare in the 33000-block of Hawthorne Avenue.
  The owner told police a 23-month-old girl was missing from the daycare, and the caller estimated it had been approximately 10 minutes since the little girl was last seen.

  Burnaby firefighters were called out to a large grass fire late Wednesday night.
  The fire broke out in some dry grass on a trail at the south end of Cariboo Drive shortly before 10 p.m., and quickly spread to about 250 square metres.
  The Burnaby Fire Department said it was burning near hydro towers, but firefighters put out the blaze before there was any damage.
