  Surrey RCMP have arrested a Vancouver man who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with a March assault in Musqueam Territory.
  Thomas Joseph Lloyd Brown, 25, was apprehended by Surrey RCMP during a traffic stop in North Surrey just before 10 p.m.
  Brown, who is well-known to police, has been at-large since a March 17 stabbing at a family gathering near Stautlo Avenue and Crown Street. A man sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries during a confrontation.
