Two men arrested after pair struck in hit-and-run involving scooter
via vancouversun.comTwo men have been arrested after two women — one of whom was riding a mobility scooter — were struck be a vehicle early Sunday.
Around 1:19 a.m., Surrey RCMP were called to the 15900-block Fraser Highway for a possible pedestrian or cyclist-involved accident. On arrival, officers found a woman in a mobility scooter and a companion who had been hit by a vehicle.
