B.C. Premier John Horgan set to announce "opportunity" for renters

Premier John Horgan and Housing Minister Selina Robinson will make the announcement during a news conference this afternoon at 1 p.m. in Victoria.
A news release issued to media on Tuesday morning said the announcement would involve “an upcoming opportunity for renters and landlords in British Columbia” but did not elaborate.
