Here we go again: Food trends for 2018
via vancouversun.comPeering into the not-so-distant future is a bit of a holiday tradition for food writers, but what they see is not always what you get. Where are you now, sweet potato toast? Whither coconut sugar? Few of the “social darlings” that populate these lists have a snowball’s chance of becoming full-blown trends.
Rather than repeat those past errors, I will now look deep into 2018 to determine what might actually catch on at local restaurants and grocery stores.

Dhaliwal was gunned down about 6:30 p.m. in the area of Ridgeview Drive and Promontory Court.
