Vancouver police say they are investigating after they discovered a woman in serious condition at 7:30 a.m., near the concession area at Spanish Banks.
The woman was taken to hospital where she died a short time later.
Police are trying to determine whether the death is suspicious.
Police say there are no further details at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call the VPD.
