  A lawyer for a young man who was convicted in the swarming death of a teen in Whistler says his client should receive a four-year jail sentence.

  SeaBus commuters experienced delays early Thursday, after smoke filled up the passenger area on the 7:30 a.m. sailing.
  TransLink says they pulled the boat out of service and are running the backup ferry, while they investigate the problem.
