B.C. home sales stayed strong in August but experts predict change is coming

The B.C. Real Estate Association says 9,162 residential properties were sold in August.

Warrant issued for man charged following hit-and-run crash

Mark Sameer Batraki, a 42-year-old Langley man, is wanted in relation to an April 6 hit-and-run crash in South Langley. He has been charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm and theft of a vehicle.
Batraki is described as a Middle Eastern man, about 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
