  A man has been charged with  manslaughter following a fatal house fire in Surrey Thursday.
  Homicide investigators said Friday that Robert Jones, a 32-year-old Surrey resident, had been charged. He was arrested shortly after first responders arrived on scene to the house fire in Surrey’s Bridgeview neighbourhood.
  Around 12:41 a.m. Thursday, Surrey RCMP was called to the 12300 block of 112A Avenue by firefighters who found a man inside the home.

  OTTAWA — The Supreme Court of Canada has overturned a decision that blocked the extradition of two B.C. residents to India to face murder charges related to a so-called honour killing.
