  Police have identified the 18-year-old male who was shot and killed Friday in Abbotsford as Jaspreet Sidhu.
  The teen was known to police as being involved in gang activity; the shooting is not believed to be random. His death is being treated as a homicide and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is leading the investigation.
  Sidhu, an Abbotsford resident, was shot in the 32000-block of Oriole Crescent around 3:15 p.m. Police arrived in the area shortly after.

  Two days after a teen was gunned down in Abbotsford, another young man is in hospital, the victim of a gunshot wound.
  About 4 a.m. Sunday, calls to 911 said shots had been fired in the 2700-block of Mitchell Street.
  Abbotsford police found an 18-year-old male on the ground, suffering from gunshot wounds.
  Unlike the victim of Friday’s shooting, who died shortly after being airlifted to hospital, Sunday’s victim is now in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

  A man Vancouver police say was “walking in traffic” on the Granville Street Bridge is in hospital Sunday morning after being struck by a car.
  According to a release from the VPD, the 22 year old was was hit by a car travelling southbound in the curb side lane on the bridge around 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
