Caps adjust attitude to avoid ‘trap’ in altitude against Rapids
via theprovince.comTo quote the piscine Admiral Ackbar of Star Wars fame … “It’s a trap!”
If there was ever a Major League Soccer match that was the definition of a trap game, it would be the Vancouver Whitecaps’ road date this Saturday against the Rapids in Colorado.
The portents of a perfect letdown are there:
• A team coming off a big win on the road (Vancouver’s 4-0 demolition of FC Dallas).
• A team with the worst record in the conference (Colorado is 6-12-2).
