Police are recommending a criminal charge against a driver who allegedly hit a cyclist in West Vancouver last month and drove off.
On June 10, a cyclist was hit by a pickup truck and taken to hospital with serious injuries. The cyclist, a 48-year-old man, has since been released from hospital but continues to recover from fractures in several ribs, as well as a concussion.
