  The West Coast Express commuter train was disrupted Thursday morning due to what TransLink is calling a police incident at the Main Street overpass.
  TransLink held the WCE Train 2 about one mile from the Waterfront Station. Passengers aboard the stopped train were allowed to disembark after nearly an hour and buses transported them to Waterfront.
