A special prosecutor has approved charges against Pavla Janeckova of Kelowna for allegedly uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm against B.C. Premier Christy Clark and Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Steve Thomson, the B.C. Prosecution Service announced Tuesday.
The BCPS did not release the exact nature of the threats, which are alleged to have occurred on or about April 30 in Kelowna.
