  Arctic Low Continues to Hold Northern Ontario
  THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – The Arctic Chill continues. Environment Canada is calling for several more days of very cold temperatures with wind chill values in the -40 to -45 degree range at night.
  The cold is expected to maintain its grip for the next few days. Environment Canada is predicting that by Monday the daytime high will be closer to -21c. For those old enough to remember that is near zero on the old Fahrenheit scale.
