A third person has been charged by the province’s animal cruelty prevention society for inadequate care to horses in the Evansburg area west of Edmonton.
Robert Hugh Cornell, 60, faces 27 charges under the Animal Protection Act, the Alberta SPCA said in a news release Monday.
