    Two men from eastern Alberta on the lam from Mounties since the start of the month for their alleged roles in ATM thefts have been arrested just outside of Edson, police said Monday.
    Byron Hunter, 44, and Tyson Hunter, 46, both of Saddle Lake, had evaded capture by police after they arrested two other men on Dec. 10 in connection with the thefts.

    One person is dead and another is clinging to life after a fire at a west Edmonton group home early on Christmas Eve.
    The blaze broke out at the 16608 90 Ave. group home just before 1:44 a.m., fire service spokeswoman Suzzette Mellado said Monday. All four people in the home suffered injuries.

    Three-month-old Havanese puppy, Milo, was stolen Thursday.

    A 25-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder after a Frog Lake man was found slain in a home late Saturday in eastern Alberta.
