    A man who was slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle on a Steelton street last fall faces a stiff fine and driving prohibition.Police found Shane Erdman on York Street on Oct. 24. His skin was pale. Erdman was drowsy and sweating, said assistant Crown attorney Marie-Eve Talbot. He had a glass pipe and suspected crack cocaine in his possession.     A week-long summer camp will create a short film to be screened at Sault Ste.
