  An elderly person faces an attempted murder charge following an assault at an east-end apartment building on Monday morning. The victim, known to the accused, suffered life-threatening injuries, police say.The 82-year-old suspect allegedly assaulted the victim before doing self-harm at a unit in the 0 to 100 block of Terry Fox Place.   Two men are accused of kidnapping a teenager.The pair was detained at the International Bridge last Saturday.“ Neither accused is well know to the victim,” police say.Sahan Alam, 40, of Sault Ste.
