    A man is accused of stealing a bicycle and electric scooter. The thefts happened Aug. 13 in the 100 block of Churchill Boulevard and 200 block of Bay Street, police say.A suspect was found Tuesday in the 200 block of Queen Street East. He allegedly had a bank card that did not belong to him and break-in instruments.
