  The Sault Ste. Marie’s empty jail is one of 243 Ontario government surplus properties on the selling block.
  The two-acre triangular-shaped property is listed for just $99,000, according to Infrastructure Ontario’s website.
  Earlier this week the Ontario government announced its intention to cut red tape and sell off provincially owned surplus properties.
