From Aug. 9 to 19 there’ll be live theatre, live music, a book fair, street performances, art competitions and displays, a graffiti contest, a beer tent and tons of creative fun for the kids.
Most of it is free and the rest is low-cost.
So if you even suspect you have an artistic bone in your body, head downtown for the Up the Arts multifest.
