A man was arrested and charged after he was seen on video surveillance breaking into a compound early this morning. At approximately 3:20 a.m., September 24, 2020, Police were notified that a man was seen on video surveillance inside a compound in the 1900 block of Quebec Avenue. When patrol officers arrived, a short foot pursuit ensued. The SPS Air Support Unit was able to locate the individual and observed him to discard multiple bags of copper wire as he fled. He was eventually arrested -
