I had a good laugh from the front page story that city councillors are all of a sudden concerned about the parking problem around Kinsmen Park (SP, Feb. 12). This is probably one of the few city councils in the world that are tearing up bike lanes and placing restrictions on cyclists such as the proposed one-metre rule when passing pedestrians.
