Arrest - Evade Police - 200 Block 28th Street West
A 34-year-old man is in custody and facing charges after he refused to stop for Police earlier this morning. At approximately 4:30 a.m., August 29, 2019, Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop after observing an equipment violation on a vehicle in the area of 37th Street West and Avenue G North. Upon activation of the emergency equipment, the vehicle refused to stop. The Air Support Unit was able to monitor the vehicle and observed it reach speeds of 150 km/hr on Idylwyld Drive. -
