Schools need continued funding
I was the Director of Education for an alternate school called Community Learners High School (CLHS) in Saskatoon.
Many parallels are being drawn between CLHS and Cornwall School in Regina. We served the same type of students and were given the same justification for the funding cuts.
At CLHS, I taught my students many things: Math, Biology, English. I also taught them there are better ways to live your life than being a drug dealer, a gang member, and a murderer.
