HUMBOLDT — The sky was grey and the falling rain turned to ice, making paths and roads in Humboldt difficult to navigate on Saturday. An appropriate metaphor, perhaps, on an afternoon the community gathered to mark the challenging year since the Humboldt Broncos bus tragedy.
