A 29-year-old Saskatoon man is facing two child pornography charges after a complaint about uploads to a popular social media website.
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) unit investigated a complaint on Dec. 6 about the uploading of child pornography, Saskatchewan RCMP said in a news release. On Wednesday, members of the ICE unit executed a search warrant at a home in Saskatoon. A 29-year-old man was arrested near the home, at which time officers also seized his mobile phone

When 20-year-old Nicky Paulson was awakened on Tuesday morning by what she thought was loud knocking on the door, she did not expect to see a train going off the rails outside her living room window.
“It sounded like banging — like someone was trying to get into my house,” she said. “I thought someone was actually here … I just got up, and it was very unexpected.”
