  While driving down Highway 16 in heavy traffic near the onramp from the Regina highway I slowed down to let a City of Saskatoon sand spraying truck enter into the westbound Highway 16 road. I slowed down to give the truck room to merge and just as soon as he entered the road he started spraying sand all over the front of my truck and windshield, so I am not a happy person today.
