A reported car thief suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his leg during what appears to be an armed car theft gone wrong on Wednesday.
Warman RCMP indicate at roughly 4:20 a.m., they received a complaint from a person claiming they had been threatened at gunpoint while at a gas station in Saskatoon, according to an RCMP news release.

Dillon RCMP officer accused of viewing 'sensitive, private' images of woman from surveillance footage in cell block
The RCMP is alleging that a nine-year veteran constable with the Dillon detachment viewed “sensitive, private images” of a woman taken from a surveillance video recording taken in the cell block area of the Buffalo Narrows detachment.
According to a media release, two Dillon RCMP officers came across information on Oct. 13 which indicated that another on-duty officer improperly accessed the images.
They reported it to a supervisor and Prince Albert RCMP’s General Investigation -

Two dresses recovered, three arrested after attempting to pawn stolen Indigenous regalia
Three arrests have been made in connection with the theft in a Saskatoon parking lot of seven jingle dresses and other traditional Indigenous regalia.
Saskatoon Crime Stoppers, on Wednesday on its Facebook page, said a man and a woman were able to pawn two of the dresses only a few hours after the theft occurred on Oct. 30.
